A distributor may, as a matter of administrative convenience only, use its usual form of purchase order when ordering products from MMC America, however, that any pre-printed terms or conditions shall have no effect and MMC America herby expressly rejects all such distributor purchase order terms.

globeINTERNATIONAL ORDERS

MMC America is proud to supply high quality products to most countries around the world, however some products we sale are controlled by the U.S. Department of Commerce and can not be exported from the United States without specific approval (Part 750, U.S. Export Administration Regulations) and/or the Department of Sate (22CFR 120-130, ITAR). It is the exporter of record’s (individual subject to the jurisdiction of the United Sates) responsibility to obtain the license.

MMC America will apply for any requested export licenses for orders which ship from our facility to international destinations, but you must provide us with the full name, address, contract person and telephone number of the in-country end user so that we may apply for the license in anticipation of the order. Please note that the issuance of a license can take from 30–60 days and that the license is intended for resale only within the country of destination. Re-exporting, or reselling into additional countries is not permitted without prior U. S. Government Authorization. Diversion contrary to United States law is strictly prohibited.

Shipping time and cost is largely dependant on the destination, products ordered, etc. Therefore shipping and handling quotes will be given on a case by case basis.

moneyPRICING

MMC America accepts orders from forensic professionals through the world. We accept Visa, Master Card and Amex as well as electronic funds transfer (EFT). International accounts are required to prepay by Bank Wire Transfer or irrevocable letter of credit advice and confirmed by a major United States bank payable in US Dollars at sight upon standard proof of shipment. All banking charges, including those of the negotiating and paying banks, documentation, legalization and/or authentications charges are to be paid by the purchaser.

All merchandise sold by MMC America is covered by M.M.C. International B.V.warrantie. All warranty claims by end users must be submitted directly to the manufacturer.
